Questions and answers
How do I convert PowerPoint to PDF?
Drop your PowerPoint files on this page, or choose them, then press Convert. Your browser does the work and you download the PDF file, or a ZIP when there are several.
What does the PDF look like?
Each slide becomes a landscape A4 page with the slide's pictures and its text underneath. Charts, SmartArt and the exact layout are not kept.
Can I convert several files at once?
Yes. Several decks download together as a ZIP. Each presentation counts as one conversion, so three decks use three of your free conversions.
Are charts included?
No. Text, pictures and grouped shapes are drawn, but charts and SmartArt are not. Old .ppt files need to be saved as .pptx first.
